The Great Enormous Hamburger

We read the story "The Great Enormous Hamburger" and then we made our own hamburgers. Everyone put some meat in their hamburger. Some children put some lettuce and cheese in their hamburger. Only a few children put onion in their hamburger. What would you put in your hamburger?
