Fabulous Fractions

We had a pizza to share between two friends. We cut the pizza in half but two more friends came and we had to share the pizza equally between four people. That meant 1/4 each. Four more friends came and then there were eight children all wanting an equal share of the pizza so the all got 1/8 each. YUM YUM!

We also had fun making gingerbread men. Each gingerbread man had four buttons and we had to work out what fraction of the four buttons were eg green or blue. Then the fun part, gobbling them all up!
