We had three ice cubes for each group.
One ice cube had nothing on it.
One had a spoonful of salt on it.
One had a spoonful of sugar on it.
We made predictions about what would happen.

The ice cube with salt on it melted first then the ice cube with sugar on it melted. The last ice cube to melt was the one with nothing on it.
