Rochelle from St John visited Room 4. She told us about the important things that an ambulance officer does to help the people in the community. We learnt how to identify an ambulance officer by looking at their uniform. Rochelle had lots of interesting things in her ambulance. We felt the oxygen coming out of the mask. We learnt what an emergency is and how to call 111. We pretended to have some emergencies and decided if we would need the fire, police or ambulance service. Some of the Room 4 children already know their phone number and address. Some children will need to learn their address and phone number so they are ready to get help in an emergency.
